The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was truly handicapped accessible which we needed. It had handrails at toilet and in shower. The coffee in the lobby was excellent! The staff at the front desk were very helpful!

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. The room was clean and the bathroom was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Far enough from the main road to prevent traffic noise. Appreciate that the hotel checked to make sure our stay was going well. Available paid shuttle to and from downtown Nashville was a great option to driving and paying for expensive parking. Location was very close to the main attractions outside of downtown Nashville. Ample restaurants near the hotel. Good value hotel.

It was a nice hotel with all facilities as advertised. The room was neat and clean, bathroom recently renovated. Room had a refrigerator, microwave, and steam iron, as shown in the pics. The Wi-Fi was initially a bit slow, but they updated their Wi-Fi and it was much faster. The staff were professional and courteous. Room service was on-request.

This is not a fancy place, but it is very clean, free HOT breakfast, comfortable beds, outstanding water pressure, free parking, amazing friendly staff and a $10 round-trip shuttle to downtown Last but not least is the value. You can stay at fancier hotels or spend your money doing fun things outside of the hotel. I will stay here again next year.

Breakfast buffet style and lots of options. Fridge and microwave in room. Walking distance to restaurants. Short drive to Opryland and shopping mall. Great price point for Nashville area. Beds and linens were great. Shuttle round trip available to downtown for small fee.

My room was clean, roomy and comfortable. I love the value. There really was no better deal in Nashville. I did like the Music Valley area the hotel is located in. I walked over to the Santa Fe Cattle Co for a meal/drinks, so that was convenient. I liked the ten dollar shuttle service as well.

The staff, especially Rebecca, were so very friendly and accommodating! Everything was neat and clean and I appreciated the "housekeeping upon request only" because I didn't feel the need to tidy my belongings away before I left the room as I don't like people seeing my personal items on display. The beds were very comfy and I slept just as well as if I were at home. The breakfast offerings were exceptional; everything fresh and plentiful. Although the hotel was full, we could hardly tell that others were around unless we happened to meet someone in the hallway.

close to several places to eat,quiet, good breakfast,and close to the Opry. Young lady at reception was very nice and took care of our problems immediately and apologized for the problems we had, even though it was not her fault.
